63 Sunseeker 1997 powered by Twin 1100 MAN Diesel engines with 110 hours SMOH. Master Stateroom accomodations include a three stateroom layout, king size berth with storage beneath and drawers in base, a dressing table, TV, hanging wardrobe, opening portholes with screen, deck hatch, AC, radio/CD/ VCR player, en suite toilet features enclosed flush head, toilet and holding tank, wash basin, seperate shower, mirrored vanity unit, overhead lights, and110V electricial outlet. VIP Stateroom accomodations include two twin berths, under berth storage, full hangind wardrobes, overhead, halogen lighting, opening port holes with mosquito screens, AC sockets, AC, and reading lights. AFT Guest Cabin accomodations include a single berth with over/under pullman, en suite shower room with enclosed vacuum toilets and holding tank, hot and cold water system, seperate shower overhead lights, and 110V electrical outlet. The galley has numerous ammenities including a concealed galley with sink and drainer, ceramic cooktop, microwave/grill, twin sub zero refrigerator and freezer, hot and cold water, rubbish bin, cupboard and drawer stowage, AC sockets, fire extinguisher, and opening porthole with mosquito screen. Electronics on the vessel include double helm seat with storage, power assisted steering, wooden steering wheel, rudder indicator, single lever controls, Garmin 36 mile radar, sonar, Garmin 4212 Chart plotter, Roberston autopilot, Icom VHF radio, carbon look dash panels, depth sounder, trim tab indicators, horn, and full analog engine instrumentation. The engine room has a water maker, automatic extinguishers, automatic bilge pumps, racor fuel filters, water seperators, extractor fans, freshwater tank, DC electrical system with full circuit breaker protection, 10 batteries, split charging system (12 volt / 24 volt), a water heater, batter charger, manual bilge pump, holding tank, direct drive through tunnels, bronze brackets, stainless steel shafts, high performance bronze rudders full cathodic protection, oversized bronze sea-strainers, and a secondary water pump for AC system. Additional features include a new 20 KW slow speed Kubota genset, 8 HP bow thruster, Glendinning, and 11 ft 140 HP jet tender. This Predator has numerous upgrades including painted hullsides, and new cockpit and cabin upholstery in 2007. It has been captain maintained and kept in excellent condition.
